Please read these terms before using JSON to Excel.
Last updated: April 3, 2026
By accessing or using the JSON to Excel website and services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service offers tools and content to convert JSON data into spreadsheet files (e.g. .xlsx), along with related pages such as help, FAQ, and optional account or billing features if enabled.
We may add, change, or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Conversion follows documented flattening rules. Complex or malformed JSON may not match your expectations. You are responsible for validating results before relying on them for business, legal, or safety-critical decisions.
If paid plans are offered, fees, renewal, and cancellation are described at checkout and on the Pricing page. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or on our site.
The Service, branding, and site content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain rights to your own data; you grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. hosting support messages).
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) TWENTY U.S. DOLLARS, IF APPLICABLE.
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Dispute resolution (including whether arbitration applies) may depend on your region and our future policy—contact us for the current process.
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where required otherwise by law.
